Jeff is a conceptual & visual artist exploring the contemporary human condition, discontent, passion for life, and the damages we all experience. Through poignant visuals, humor, sarcasm, bold and minimalist expression. Creating art that embodies the fleeting moments of life through classical art mediums such as oil paints on canvas or ink on paper, and through uniquely created artistic processes. For better or worse the emotions of life and the human experience are best when shared.
As a multidisciplinary artist he utilizes techniques from (limited) university fine arts courses in lithography and sculpture, a career in digital product design, woodworking, and product development using metal casting, welding, and menagerie of other technical skills. Exploiting those techniques and their varied natural and artificially created materials and the organic flow of the medium to his advantage. Showing off the perfect and beautifully imperfect interactions between paper and ink, or the movement of different consistencies of paints.
